25 coaches have become the latest cohort to complete their UEFA Pro Diploma, joining an exclusive group of 600 alumni.

This month, they gathered at St. George’s Park to celebrate finishing the 18-month long programme designed to develop leaders, managers and coaches. It is delivered across seven modules, including face-to-face sessions, independent study and a trip to Euro 2024 to do some live game analysis. The focus is on developing winning leadership and management strategies that can be utilised across the game.

Manchester United manager, Marc Skinner was one of the 25 to graduate. “I have found the Pro Diploma an enlightening experience,” he said. “I’ve learnt so much from the fantastic coaches in the cohort but also understand who I am and the modules in the course have empowered me to project that forwards and follow my inner voice and that’s a really powerful message. I feel privileged to be part of this amazing cohort and share the brains of so many fantastic leaders, coaches, sporting directors. They’ll all leave a lasting impression on my life.”
