England U19s enjoyed the perfect start to their Euro 2025 with a comeback win over the Netherlands. A second half finish from Princess Ademiluyi and own goal helped the Young Lionesses to victory in Group B after a spectacular strike from Zoë Zuidberg had given the Dutch the lead.
The April international window proved a positive fortnight for Lauren Smith and England’s U19s. They cruised through their Round 2 qualification group with a game to spare, booking an all-important spot at this summer’s European Championships.
England U19s cruised to a 5-1 victory over Austria at St. George’s Park to leave them within a result of qualifying for this summer’s European Championships. Ava Baker, Mari Ward, Vivienne Lia, Michelle Agyemang and Jessie Gale all scored for the Young Lionesses.
