Joreyln Carabali has departed Brighton to sign for new NWSL outfit Boston Legacy.

The Colombian defender’s time with the Seagulls comes to an end after 18 months, having come to England in summer 2023. During her time with Dario Vidošić’s side, she amassed 37 appearances and scored one goal.
Prior to her time on the South Coast, the 28-year-old had played for Orsomarso, Atletico Huila and Deportivo Cali and Atletico Mineiro. On the international stage, she is a core part of the Colombian national team with 42 caps to date.
Boston Legacy are the latest expansion team in the NWSL after being founded in September 2023. They will join Denver Summit as the two new sides in the league, bringing it’s number to a total of 16 teams.
