England U17s got their Euro 2025 qualification off to the perfect start at St. George’s Park on Monday afternoon with a 7-0 victory over the Faroe Islands. Lois Shooter fired the Young Lionesses into the lead. A second-half hat-trick from Jessica Anderson followed while Eva Hendel, Isabel Hebard and Chloe Sarwie also got themselves on the scoresheet.
Annabel Blanchard fired Crystal Palace to a historic first Barclays WSL win on Sunday afternoon at the King Power. Her second half brace saw the Eagles beat Leicester City 2-0 to lift them up to eighth in the table.

Nine nations have already booked their place in Switzerland – the hosts, England; France; Germany; Iceland; Italy; Denmark; Netherlands; and Spain – while 28 teams will battle it out in the autumn to reach the tournament.
